1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SnoozeForge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SnoozeForge is a cross-platform mobile reminder application that allows users to create, manage, and snooze reminders. The App is available in a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription tier with additional capabilities.
3. User Accounts
To use SnoozeForge, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and current account information
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.
4. Free and Premium Tiers
Free Tier
The free tier includes:
- Up to 10 active reminders
- Basic recurrence patterns
- Preset snooze times
- Single-device usage
Premium Tier ($2.99/month or $24.99/year)
Premium includes everything in the free tier plus:
- Unlimited active reminders
- Custom snooze durations
- Advanced recurrence rules
- Multi-device real-time sync
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
- Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their refund policies
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass subscription or feature restrictions
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by SnoozeForge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnoozeForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed reminders, lost data, or service interruptions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
