SnoozeForge ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the SnoozeForge mobile application and related services.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address (via Firebase Authentication)
- Display name (optional)
- Authentication provider information (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In)
Reminder Data
We store the reminder data you create, including:
- Reminder titles and descriptions
- Scheduled times and recurrence rules
- Tags and priority levels
- Snooze history and completion status
Subscription Data
If you subscribe to SnoozeForge Premium, RevenueCat (our subscription management provider) processes your purchase. We receive subscription status information (active, expired, etc.) but do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Device Information
We collect a device identifier to support multi-device sync for Premium users and to enforce single-device usage for free-tier accounts. We do not collect device location data or access your contacts, photos, or other personal data on your device.

- To provide and maintain the SnoozeForge service
- To sync your reminders across devices (Premium feature)
- To send you local push notifications for your reminders
- To manage your subscription status
- To improve and optimize the app experience
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Firebase Authentication handles your login credentials with security best practices including secure token management.
We implement Firestore Security Rules to ensure that each user can only access their own data. No user can read or modify another user's reminders.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — Authentication, data storage, and cloud functions
- RevenueCat — Subscription management and purchase validation
- Notifee — Local notification scheduling (runs on-device only)
These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your reminder data is yours. We only share data with the third-party services listed above to the extent necessary to provide the SnoozeForge service.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Completed and dismissed reminders are automatically cleaned up after 30 days.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Upon account deletion, all your reminder data is permanently removed from our servers.
8. Children's Privacy
SnoozeForge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
